How we work
Four steps, no headaches for you
You don't need to know anything technical. You tell us what you do and who you sell to; the rest is our job.
An estimate, or a 20-minute conversation
You make your own estimate in the configurator, or we talk directly. We learn what services you offer, who your customers are and which sites you like. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
A firm quote within 24 hours
You get it in writing: what the site contains, what it costs and when it is ready. The price in the quote is the final price — no "extras" appear along the way.
Build and first version
You see the site at a test address before it goes live. Two rounds of revisions are included, so it comes out exactly as you want it.
Launch and handover
We publish the site and set up the domain, Google and the email addresses. You receive the logins, a short training session and a written guide. The site is yours.
You already have a site
We don't rebuild it just for the sake of rebuilding.
First we check what is worth keeping: the domain, the pages that show up in Google, the content, the forms and the structure. Then we tell you which changes would have the greatest effect on trust, speed and the number of enquiries.

You buy the domain in your own name, from any registrar, at cost — We add no margin and we don't hold it. The setup is included in the project. You can also stay on your current hosting; taking it through us is not required.
SEO comes with no guaranteed timeline. Results depend on competition, the age of the domain, content and authority. We don't promise the top position, and we don't work with anyone who does.
Maintenance and growth

It solves two things: security and backups, which otherwise never get done, and everyday changes, without negotiating each time. If you need changes once every six months, hourly work is cheaper — We'll tell you that honestly.

Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Beyond the included hours, the rest is charged at €30/hour, against €30 without a subscription. You work with us directly
My name is Viorel Simac and we build websites under the name Sutherland Web Design. You will not be passed between a salesperson, a project manager and a developer. You speak directly with the person building the project, from the first conversation to launch.
The business is SIMAC VIOREL ÎNTREPRINDERE INDIVIDUALĂ, VAT ID 55460227, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under F2026040846002. We invoice every piece of work and we work on the basis of a written quote.

Frequently asked questions
What everyone asks me
Why show prices if the final quote is tailored?
Because we want you to be able to decide for yourself whether the project is roughly within budget, before we both spend time on a conversation. The prices on this site are starting points. The firm quote is set after we review your requirements and, if you already have a site, after we look at it.
Does using the online configurator commit me to ordering?
No. You get an indicative estimate and you can close the page without sending any personal data. We don't ask for your email in order to show you the price range. If you want a firm quote, that's when you send the configuration.
Can I modernise only part of the site?
Yes. Sometimes it is more effective to rebuild the homepage, the mobile version, the forms and the problem pages than to rebuild everything. That is exactly what the audit determines: what is worth keeping and what brings the most if it is changed.
How long does it actually take until my site is live?
Between 7 and 21 working days, depending on the package — provided we receive the materials (photos, copy, logo, contact details) in the first week. In practice, what delays projects is not our schedule but waiting for materials. If you don't have good photos, we'll tell you exactly what to photograph and how.
What do we need to prepare?
Your logo (if you have one), the list of services or products, a few photos of real work, your company and contact details, and perhaps two or three sites you like. The rest — the structure, the copy, the design, the technical side — We do. If you have no logo or copy, we can produce them for a fee, at the prices in the table above.
Does the site stay mine if we part ways?
Completely. The domain is in your company's name from the outset, and at handover you receive the hosting logins and every file of the site. We don't work with rented platforms you cannot leave. If tomorrow you want to work with someone else, you give them the logins and they carry on from where we left off.
Is the monthly subscription compulsory?
No. You can take the site and nothing more. The subscription covers security, backups and everyday changes. If you need changes once every six months, paying by the hour is cheaper — We'll tell you that honestly, we won't push you towards a subscription.
Will I appear on the first page of Google?
No serious person can guarantee the top position, and anyone who guarantees it is lying to you. SEO comes with no guaranteed timeline: results depend on competition, the age of the domain, content and the site's authority. What we do is the part that depends on us — We build the site technically sound, we make it fast, we write the titles and descriptions around the words your customers actually search for, and we set up your Google Business profile.
How is payment made?
By card, directly from the site, on a secure Stripe page. 50% when work starts, 50% on launch; for online shops, in three instalments. You can pay in euro or in lei. The invoice is issued automatically when the payment is confirmed and reaches you by email.
Do you work with companies outside your town?
Yes, we work nationwide and internationally. The whole conversation can happen by phone, WhatsApp or video.
