They can't book by themselves
Reception answers the phone between 9 and 5. The searches happen in the evening and at weekends. A patient who can't book then does not come back tomorrow.
For clinics
For dental practices, physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics, salons and care centres. Almost all searches of this kind happen on a phone, often outside opening hours. If they can't book themselves right then, by tomorrow morning they have already called somewhere else.
The problem
Each point below is a patient who reached your site and left without contacting you.
Reception answers the phone between 9 and 5. The searches happen in the evening and at weekends. A patient who can't book then does not come back tomorrow.
A list of services written in medical terminology says nothing. The patient searches for "knee pain" or "teeth whitening", not the official name of the procedure.
Small text, buttons you can't hit, a map that won't open, a phone number you can't tap. On a small screen, every bit of friction translates directly into lost patients.
The solution
The patient chooses the service, the practitioner, the day and the time. They get a confirmation and an automatic reminder; you get a notification. Fewer phone calls, fewer gaps in the schedule.
Separate pages, written around the words they actually search for, not the ones in the official list. With duration, indications and what happens afterwards.
Your Google reviews, shown on the site next to the booking button. It is the strongest social proof there is in a field where people are apprehensive.
The address on a map, up-to-date opening hours, a call button that takes one tap. All visible without scrolling.
A patient wants to know who will treat them. A team page with genuine photographs is worth more than ten paragraphs of text.
Not "it works on a phone too". Designed from the start for the small screen, then expanded onto the desktop.
Examples
Three working demos: a dental clinic, a physiotherapy practice and a salon. Try booking in any of them.
These are demonstration demos, built to show what I can do. They are not presented as client work.
Indicative price
The prices are starting points, not final quotes. The configurator gives you a range in three minutes, without leaving your email, and the firm quote comes after we review your requirements.
The right option in most cases
Five pages and a separate page for each type of service. Online booking is added from €239 and, for a clinic, pays for itself within a few weeks.
We don't rebuild it just for the sake of rebuilding. We'll send you, free of charge, three concrete things that are probably costing you enquiries. If you then want the full analysis, the audit costs €119 — and is deducted in full from the project if you give us the implementation within 30 days.

Usually yes — most easily with Google Calendar. If you use dedicated clinical software, tell us which one and we'll check whether it offers a way to integrate, before promising anything.
We recommend showing at least ranges. Patients who find no price at all call simply to ask what it costs, and reception loses time on calls that never turn into appointments.
You can, from a simple panel, or you send us the change and we make it. For a clinic that changes its hours often, the Active subscription at €69/month covers exactly this kind of thing.
No salesperson, no project manager, no middlemen. A written quote, the final price before work starts, two rounds of revisions, full access to the domain and the files. The site stays yours.
