Frequently asked questions

The answers we give most often

They are written out at length, so you needn't ask us at all. If you don't find your answer here, write to us — we reply the same working day.

Before you order

How you find out the price, and what commits you

Why show prices if the final quote is tailored?

Because we want you to be able to decide for yourself whether the project is roughly within budget, before we both spend time on a conversation. The prices on this site are starting points. The firm quote is set after we review your requirements and, if you already have a site, after we look at it.

Does using the online configurator commit me to ordering?

No. You get an indicative estimate and you can close the page without sending any personal data. We don't ask for your email in order to show you the price range. If you want a firm quote, that's when you send the configuration.

Can I modernise only part of the site?

Yes. Sometimes it is more effective to rebuild the homepage, the mobile version, the forms and the problem pages than to rebuild everything. That is exactly what the audit determines: what is worth keeping and what brings the most if it is changed.

What exactly does the “price range” in the configurator mean?

It is what your chosen configuration comes to, worked out on the same price grid we use ourselves. It is not a number put there to attract you: the firm quote starts from it and departs from it only if something turns up that the configurator could not have known — a data import, an integration with your accounting software, far more content than we allowed for. When that happens, we tell you beforehand, not at the end.

Do you work with companies outside your town?

Yes, we work nationwide and internationally. The whole conversation can happen by phone, WhatsApp or video.

What happens after I send my configuration?

We read it, we call you about the things that can't be settled in writing, and then you receive a firm quote by email, with the price, the deadline and exactly what it covers. If you accept it, the contract follows. Nothing is paid before the contract.

Price and payment

What it costs and how it is paid

How is payment made, in practice?

By card, directly from the site, on a secure Stripe page — we neither see nor store your card details. On projects you pay a 50% advance when work starts and the rest on launch; on online shops, in three instalments. You can pay in euro or in lei, at the National Bank rate of the day of payment. Subscriptions are paid monthly or yearly.

Is the monthly subscription compulsory?

No. You can take the site and nothing more. The subscription covers security, backups and everyday changes. If you need changes once every six months, paying by the hour is cheaper — We'll tell you that honestly, we won't push you towards a subscription.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Tell us and we'll send you a proforma invoice with the account details. Work begins when the payment is confirmed, which for a transfer usually takes one working day.

What if I change my mind after paying the advance?

If we haven't started work yet, we return the advance in full and cancel the invoice. If we have started, we keep only the work actually done up to that point and return the rest, together with a statement of works showing where the figure comes from. We do not keep money for work not done.

Do the prices include VAT?

The prices shown are the final prices you pay. At present we do not charge VAT, being a non-VAT-registered business — so nothing is added on top of the amounts you see.

Are the domain and hosting included in the price?

The configurator starts with our domain and our hosting selected, because that way you have nothing to administer: we buy them, configure them, renew them, and we answer for them if something breaks. Their cost is shown separately, so you can see exactly what it is. If you already have a domain or hosting, untick them and we work on yours.

Contract and invoices

The contract, the invoice, e-Invoicing

Do we sign a contract? Do we have to meet for that?

Yes, we sign a contract, and no, you don't have to travel anywhere. You receive the contract by email, read it and sign it electronically, in your browser. Our signature is already on it. Payment is unlocked only once both parties have signed — that is a rule of ours, not a formality.

Is the electronic signature on the contract legally valid?

Yes. It is an advanced electronic signature: it identifies the signatory, it is bound to the document so that any later change is visible, and the process — who, when, from which address — is recorded. A signed copy stays in your inbox.

Do I get an invoice? When and how does it reach me?

Yes, with every payment. The invoice is issued the moment the payment is confirmed and reaches you by email, as a PDF, within minutes. You don't have to ask for it.

What details do you need for the invoice, and why before the quote?

For a company: the name, the tax number, the trade register number and the registered address. For an individual: the name and address. We ask for them when you send your configuration because both the contract and the invoicing treatment follow from them — for a company in another EU country, for instance, the invoice is issued without VAT, under the reverse charge. If we only learned them at payment, both documents would have to be redone.

I am a company abroad. How is the invoice made out?

Companies in the European Union with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, without VAT, and the invoice is issued in the language you ordered in. Companies outside the Union are invoiced as an operation not taxable in Romania. In both cases, what you see in the configurator is what you pay.

Do you also send the invoice through Romanian e-Invoicing?

Yes, for clients in Romania the invoice also goes to the tax authority's Private Virtual Space, within the legal deadline. There is nothing for you to do; you will find it there, under your own details.

How we work

From your materials to a published site

How long does it actually take until my site is live?

Between 7 and 21 working days, depending on the package — provided we receive the materials (photos, copy, logo, contact details) in the first week. In practice, what delays projects is not our schedule but waiting for materials. If you don't have good photos, we'll tell you exactly what to photograph and how.

What do we need to prepare?

Your logo (if you have one), the list of services or products, a few photos of real work, your company and contact details, and perhaps two or three sites you like. The rest — the structure, the copy, the design, the technical side — We do. If you have no logo or copy, we can produce them for a fee, at the prices in the table above.

Who writes the text on the site?

You know your own work best — we ask the questions and rewrite your answers into a form that reads well and gets searched for on Google. If you haven't the time for that, we can write the text ourselves, for a fee, on the basis of a half-hour conversation.

What does the “generate images with AI” option mean?

We make images to fit the site: backgrounds, illustrations, atmospheric scenes, in the chosen style and colours. We show you variants and you pick. For your work, your products, your premises and your team, real photographs remain the right thing — there an invented image shows, and it damages trust, which is the very thing the site exists for.

How many changes can I ask for along the way?

Two rounds of corrections are included in the price, at each stage. In practice we have never counted them: a colour change or a text correction gets done and we move on. Only changes that mean redoing a part already approved are discussed separately.

Will the site look right on a phone?

Yes, and we build it starting from the phone, not the other way round. More than two thirds of visitors arrive on a phone; a site that looks good only on a desktop is a site that fails most of the people who open it.

Do you also build sites in several languages?

Yes. The translation is done on the real pages, not with an automatic-translation widget laid over the site, and each language has its own address so it can be found in searches. The cost depends on how many pages and how many languages.

After launch

What stays yours, and who does the fixing

Does the site stay mine if we part ways?

Completely. The domain is in your company's name from the outset, and at handover you receive the hosting logins and every file of the site. We don't work with rented platforms you cannot leave. If tomorrow you want to work with someone else, you give them the logins and they carry on from where we left off.

What happens if the site goes down or something breaks?

If the hosting is with us, we watch it and step in without your having to tell us. If you have a subscription, the fix is covered by it. Without a subscription and with hosting elsewhere, we step in on request, charged by the hour.

Can I change the text myself after delivery?

Yes, where it makes sense. We leave you a simple way to change the text, the prices and the pictures that change often, and we show you how, in a short recorded session you can go back to at any time.

Will I appear on the first page of Google?

No serious person can guarantee the top position, and anyone who guarantees it is lying to you. SEO comes with no guaranteed timeline: results depend on competition, the age of the domain, content and the site's authority. What we do is the part that depends on us — We build the site technically sound, we make it fast, we write the titles and descriptions around the words your customers actually search for, and we set up your Google Business profile.

What assurance do I have that the work is really finished?

The last instalment is paid on launch, not before. For 30 days after launch we fix free of charge anything that doesn't work as agreed — not new changes, but things that should have worked from the start.
